Is my payment secure?

Nevo Salons' Online Store payments are processed via PayPal, we do not require you to enter any credit card information on our website, therefore your payment transactions are safe, reliable and easy!  You can use your existing PayPal account or if you don't have an account simply enter your Visa or Mastercard details. If you are having trouble paying online please contact us.


How are my products delivered and how much does it cost?

All products are sent via Australia regular post at absolutely NO COST* to you (*unless stated otherwise), ghd products will be posted via registered post. Please allow 2 to 7 days for delivery across Australia. If you would like your products expressed or have any other special requests please contact Sean at info@nevo-hair-design.com.au and we will do our best to assist!

I purchased a voucher for a service how do I get it and how do I redeem it?

If you've purchased a voucher for a hair service or a special offer on our website, your order will normally be processed within 24 hours and your voucher will be emailed to you within that time frame. To redeem your voucher, simply call us or email us to book your service, print out your voucher and bring it with you to your appointment.

I purchased ghd straighteners online, how would they be delivered?

ghd straighteners are delivered via registered post free of charge* (*unless stated otherwise).

How  do I know that my ghd straighteners are authentic and how long is the warranty for?

All authentic ghd's come with a hologram sticker on them which can be verified on the ghd website, all ghd carry 2 years manufacturer's warranty with them. We suggest that once you receive your ghd you go to http://www.ghdhair.com/au/help/product-registration and register your straighteners.
